Everything is already there……

Under the direction of art student Birthe Langner, the children of the 3rd and 4th grades and two artists from the art studio learned that all they need to get started artistically is their own presence and a team. True to the motto “Everything is already there”, design techniques and materials serve more as a bridge to each other than as the main component of artistic creation. The focus is on experiencing and experiencing the process. The sense of touch, movement and voice form the magic formula for this. We met non-verbally using wool threads, fabrics and clay balls, in which our common body movements and non-verbal encounters were recorded. These traces showed us ways to shape our paths into imaginative miniature clay landscapes, to immerse ourselves in colorful details and finally to transform them into life-size photos and fabric paintings. We acted together as a group and learned to trust each other.
