As part of the seminar "Art and Psychiatry" at the Kunstakademie Münster, art was considered in the social context of psychiatry. The students had the opportunity to get to know a field of practice and to deal with their experiences in contact with mentally or mentally handicapped persons or their works.The answer to the question "Is there a wavelength between art and psychiatry?" is given in the exhibition.

The retrospective conveys the creative dialogue with the inhabitants or the psychiatric situation via a wide variety of media from painting, drawing, ceramics, textiles, photography to film and VR glasses.

For the final discussion with the art students on 27.3.2019 everyone is cordially invited!
