A visit from Alanus University
A group of students from Alanus University in Bonn visited the Kunsthaus Kannen on October 21st and 22nd. The students had the opportunity to get to know our residential artists and collaborate with them on a one-on-one basis. The students learned more about the entire Alexianer campus and its various facilities, to include the garden store and nursery, the horse therapy center, and several different group homes. The students were able to gather ideas, talk to the residents and patients, and make sketches. To conclude the visit, the students presented their ideas, sketches and reflections together with art director Lisa Inckmann and art therapist Thomas Schwarm.
